TICKETING POLICY

        General Conditions of Admission

  • Reservations guarantee a seat, only if the ticket/pass holder is present at the venue, at least 10 minutes before the screening time.
  • Come early to avoid disappointment.
  • If a screening is sold out, late, no-show, and held tickets will be re-issued 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Passholders have priority over the waiting line to book those tickets.
  • Seats in the venues are unallocated.
  • Tickets allow admission to the relevant screening only.
  • No re-entry is allowed.
  • Entry in the venues is not allowed once the screening has started.
  • Guests are kindly requested to leave the venue after each screening.
  • Please respect our venues by picking up after yourself when leaving. Bins will be available at the exit.
  • Phone use during the screenings is strictly prohibited.
  • Photography and videography of any screening are strictly prohibited.
  • Please respect your fellow audience by not smoking during screenings.
  • Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Please be respectful otherwise you will be asked to leave.
  • There is no dress code, but please dress in proper attire.
  • By attending an Aegean FF screening or event, we reserve the right to use your photo for publicity. If you would not like your photo to be used, please let the AegeanFF photographer know.
  • All venues and audiences while at the venues, are covered by public liability insurance of the Aegean Film Festival. 

PASS POLICY - Guest and Festival

  • Passes are valid for the duration of the festival.
  • Passes are personal, issued to your name, and not transferable.
  • Do not share the passcode with anyone to avoid the risk of your pass getting cancelled.
  • Passes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Display of your pass is mandatory for admission at any screening or event.
         RESERVATION POLICY
  • Tickets can be reserved online 30 days before the festival.
  • You can collect your pass, tickets, and any perks from the Festival Office, opening 10 days before the festival.
  • You can not reserve tickets for two events or screenings running simultaneously.
  • Tickets reserved using your pass cannot be traded, refunded, gifted, or exchanged.
  • Lost tickets can be replaced or reissued to your account.
  • Please keep in mind that each ticket has a unique QR code and can be used only once.

PASS POLICY - Member

  • Member Passes are valid for one year and include invitations to events organised over the winter on the island or abroad.
  • Each Pass is valid for two people. In this way, you can invite your plus one to attend any screening or event with you.
  • Passes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Display of your pass(es) is mandatory for admission at any screening or event.
         RESERVATION POLICY
  • You can collect your pass(es), tickets, and any perks from the Festival Office, opening 10 days before the start of the festival.
  • With the Member Pass, you are entitled to two seats reserved at any screening, up to 10 minutes before the screening time.
  • Your pass is transferable and can be gifted but it cannot be traded, refunded or exchanged. 
  • Lost passes can be replaced or reissued by visiting the box office. Your Pass has a unique QR code and can only be used once per screening.

TICKET & TICKET BUNDLE

  • Ticket bundles are valid for the duration of the festival.
  • The tickets issued with the bundle are transferable and non-personal.
         RESERVATION POLICY
  • Tickets can be reserved 10 days before the festival either online or at the Box Office. 
  • With the Bundle, tickets can be reserved for screenings running at the same time. Please note that entry is not permitted once a screening has started. 
  • Tickets reserved using your bundle can be gifted, but they cannot be traded, refunded or exchanged. 
  • Lost tickets can be replaced or reissued to your account. Please keep in mind that each ticket has a unique QR code and can be used only once.
  • If a screening is canceled, you will be able to use your ticket for the rescheduled screening day or use it for another one.
